Umiya Buildcon Limited (UMIYA-MRO), formerly known as MRO-TEK Realty Limited, has announced a significant step in its real estate expansion strategy with the successful acquisition of Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) registration for its upcoming residential project in Candolim, North Goa.

The company confirmed that the RERA registration, bearing number PRGO06252498, was granted on June 27, 2025. This approval is valid until December 31, 2028, and was issued by the Goa Real Estate Regulatory Authority. This development is particularly noteworthy as it represents Umiya Buildcon’s inaugural residential venture in Goa under the regulatory framework of RERA.
