Mumbai, June 26, 2025 – Heranba Industries Limited (NSE: HERANBA, BSE: 543266), a leading agrochemical company, today announced the commencement of commercial production at Phase-II of its Sarigam Unit. The new facility, operated by Heranba Organics Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, is located at GIDC, Sarigam, Taluka- Umbergaon, District-Valsad, Gujarat.
This strategic expansion is set to significantly enhance Heranba’s manufacturing capabilities, focusing on the production of fungicides and insecticides. The Sarigam Unit, encompassing both Phase-I and Phase-II, is projected to achieve a combined annual production capacity of 9000 MTPA (Max). The company anticipates that this expanded capacity will generate an annual revenue ranging from Rs. 375 crore to Rs. 475 crore.
Mr. R K Shetty, Managing Director of Heranba Industries, commented on the development, stating, “This Commercial Production will generate additional revenue for our Company. This is in line with our commitment and promises made in the past. This commencement of commercial production is a recognition of Heranba’s established track record, healthy accruals and resiliency of the business model.” He further added that the company views fiscal year 2026 as a “crucial acceleration point” in its growth trajectory.
The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. Following the news, Heranba Industries’ shares were trading at Rs. 352, marking a 2.7% increase.
