JNK India Bags Key Design & Engineering Order from Promoter JNK Global 🚀

JNK India Limited (JNKINDIA) has announced a fresh order win, adding to its project pipeline! The company has secured a ‘Significant’ order from JNK Global Co., Ltd., Korea, a key player and also one of JNK India’s promoters.

This new contract, received on August 22, 2025, involves providing crucial design and engineering support for a Cracker Furnace Package within a refinery project located right here in India. It’s an international order, coming from a Korean entity but with execution planned domestically.

For those keeping an eye on the numbers, JNK India classifies this as a ‘Significant’ order, which, according to their internal classification, means its value falls within the 0-50 Cr range. The project is slated for completion with a delivery schedule set for December 21, 2027.

An interesting detail for investors is that JNK Global is a promoter of JNK India. This makes the transaction a related party deal. However, JNK India has clarified that the order falls within related party transactions but is conducted on an ‘arm’s length basis,’ ensuring fair terms.
