Remsons Industries Subsidiary Secures INR 80 Crore Order from Ford Otosan

Remsons Industries Limited (REMSONSIND) has announced that its step-down subsidiary, Remsons Automotive Ltd., has received a Letter of Intent/Purchase Order from Ford Otosan. The order, valued at INR 80 crore, is for the supply of spare wheel winches. The contract is expected to be completed within 10 years.

The announcement was made outside market hours. Remsons Industries’ stock closed at ₹145, up 0.6%.
