Hind Rectifiers Secures Order from Indian Railways

Hind Rectifiers Limited (HIRECT) has announced that it has secured an order from Indian Railways. The order, classified as a supply order, is domestic in nature and is expected to be executed between FY 2025-26 and FY 2026-27. The total value of the order is approximately Rs. 101 crores.

The terms and conditions of the order are as per the standard terms and conditions of Railway contracts. The company has confirmed that there is no promoter/promoter group interest in the entity awarding the order, and the transaction does not fall within related party transactions.

The announcement was made outside market hours. On the day, Hind Rectifiers traded at 1260, up 1.2%.
