Big news from the real estate sector! 🏡 Embassy Developments Limited (EMBDL) just announced a significant boost to its project pipeline, securing two major residential development and marketing agreements that promise substantial future revenue.

During its board meeting on August 11, 2025, the company approved the appointment of a Development and Marketing Manager for two key residential projects. And let me tell you, these aren’t small deals!

First up, we have Embassy Bayview in Juhu, Mumbai. This project is estimated to bring in a whopping ~INR 3,060 Crore in revenue. Imagine the scale! 🏙️

Then, heading south, Embassy Astra in Hebbal, Bengaluru, is set to add another ~INR 2,540 Crore to the company’s potential earnings. That’s a combined estimated project revenue of over ₹5,600 Crore from just these two ventures! Talk about growth.

For its role as the Development and Marketing Manager, Embassy Developments is set to earn a fee equivalent to 10% of the project revenue from both sites. This translates to a potential ~INR 306 Crore from the Mumbai project and ~INR 254 Crore from the Bengaluru project, totaling a cool ~INR 560 Crore in development management and marketing fees. 💰

It’s worth noting that these agreements are with Birch Real Estate Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary of Embassy Property Developments Private Limited, which is part of the promoter group. This makes it a related party transaction, a common occurrence in large corporate structures.

In addition to these exciting project updates, the board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
