Big news for SBC Exports Limited (SBC)! The company has announced a substantial work order win from the prestigious Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). This new contract is for providing essential manpower supply services, marking a significant addition to SBC’s service offerings.

The deal is valued at a hefty ₹6,00,00,000/- (Rupees Six Crore only), showcasing a robust new revenue stream for the company. The contract is set to kick off on September 1, 2025, and will initially run for a period of two years. What’s more, there’s potential for extension based on SBC’s satisfactory performance, offering long-term stability. ✨

Under the terms of the agreement, SBC Exports will be responsible for deploying trained, qualified, and experienced manpower to meet ICSI’s requirements across India. This highlights the company’s capability to manage and execute large-scale service contracts for prominent national institutions.

To ensure commitment, SBC will also be depositing a security amount of ₹35,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Lakh Only) in the form of a Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Bank Cheque from a Nationalized bank. The company will also handle all taxes, duties, and other charges related to the services provided, ensuring a smooth operation for ICSI.

This is a purely domestic contract, and importantly, the company has confirmed that neither its promoters nor any group companies have any interest in ICSI, ensuring an ‘arm’s length’ transaction. This win underscores SBC Exports’ growing presence in the services sector and its ability to secure significant contracts from reputable organizations. A positive step forward for SBC! 💪
